If you have a boat or utility trailer, it cannot be parked on your lot permanently, you can park it in the Storage area for a monthly fee.
To store your RV trailer/fifth wheel or motor home from Thanksgiving to April 30th, in the back and not on a seasonal lot.
15 Minutes Minimum - this is to move trailers, dress up lots, etc.
Sold by the skidsteer bucket, see office for delivery
On all new trailers coming in as a seasonal, it's a one time fee and non-refundable.
